Counter resets the 1st of each month at 12:00 AM CT. Each call to /api/leads, /api/states, /api/counties, or /api/stats counts as one request. Once you hit your cap, the API returns HTTP 429 Too Many Requests until the next reset.

When am I charged?
Same day each month (or year, on annual plans) as when you first subscribed. You'll see it as "TrueFixR" on your statement.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes — upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Where do I get a receipt for taxes?
Every charge emails you a Stripe receipt automatically, and full history is available in the Manage Billing portal above.
