How TrueFixR Works

TrueFixR is built to help you work smarter, waste less time, and close more jobs using real storm data

What is TrueFixR?

TrueFixR is a storm intelligence platform designed for contractors who are actively selling and installing. Each tool has a specific job in your workflow: find the right homes, prove storm exposure, and price jobs faster.

Verified NOAA Data

Every storm event comes from official NOAA reports submitted by Weather Service meteorologists, certified storm spotters, law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency management offices. This is the same data insurance companies reference.

All 50 States

Coverage spans the entire continental United States. Storm data and property addresses are matched daily, giving you access to leads in any market you serve.

Daily Updates

Storm data updates every day. New activity appears on HitMap the next morning, ensuring you always have access to the latest storm events before your competitors.

Step 1: Find the Right Homes with HitMap

Stop canvassing blind. Start with homes that actually have storm exposure.

How You Use It

Open HitMap and choose a state. You will see real residential addresses that were likely impacted by recent storms, updated daily. Instead of knocking 100 random doors, you start with homes that actually have storm exposure.

How This Saves You Money

Less fuel burned driving to untouched neighborhoods. Less labor wasted on unqualified doors. Less time spent in areas with no storm activity. You focus resources where they matter.

How This Makes You Money

Higher inspection rates because you are targeting exposed homes. More "yes" responses at the door. Shorter sales cycles because homeowners already know there was weather. You close more jobs per day.

Included in Standard and Pro

All subscribers get full HitMap access with unlimited downloads across all 50 states.

Step 2: Prove Storm Exposure with Storm Report

Turn data into trust. Show homeowners exactly what happened near their property.

PRO FEATURE

Storm Report is available exclusively to Pro subscribers.

How You Use It

Enter a specific address and generate a Storm Report. You get two views of the same property: a recent activity view (last 1, 5, or 10 years) and a full 22-year historical assessment. This lets you show both recent events and long-term exposure patterns.

Each report includes a Property Risk Score (0-100) calculated from storm frequency, proximity, severity, and recency. Professional PDF output is ready for client presentations and insurance documentation.

How This Saves You Money

Fewer wasted inspections on homes with no exposure. Less time arguing with homeowners about whether storms occurred. Better qualification before you climb a roof or send a crew.

How This Makes You Money

Stronger homeowner confidence when you show documented dates, distances, and severity. Easier insurance conversations with official NOAA data backing your claims. Higher close rates because you are not selling opinions, you are presenting facts.

When a homeowner asks "Was there really hail here?"

You show them the Storm Report with exact dates, storm types, distances from their property, and magnitude data. This is documented NOAA data, not your opinion.

Step 3: Price Jobs Faster with Roof Report

Measure before you climb. Walk into appointments already prepared.

PRO FEATURE

Roof Report is available exclusively to Pro subscribers.

How You Use It

Enter an address and generate a Roof Report to get roof measurements and structure estimates before your inspection. High-resolution satellite imagery shows roof condition, complexity, and surrounding structures. Manual override lets you adjust measurements if needed.

How This Saves You Money

Fewer re-measures because you have data before arrival. Fewer pricing mistakes from eyeball estimates. Less time on ladders measuring when you could be selling.

How This Makes You Money

Faster estimates mean faster closes. More professional presentations build trust. Better material planning reduces waste and improves margins. Speed and confidence help you win deals before competitors even measure.

Measurement Accuracy

Roof measurements are estimates based on satellite imagery and should be verified on-site. Complex roof structures, recent construction, or outdated imagery may affect accuracy. Always confirm measurements during physical inspection.

Step 4: Get Notified with Email Alerts

Know when storms hit your territory before anyone else.

PRO FEATURE

Email Alerts is available exclusively to Pro subscribers.

How You Use It

Select the states and storm types you want to monitor. Enable alerts and save your settings. Every morning at 7:00 AM CT, you receive an email if there was storm activity in your selected areas the previous day.

No need to check HitMap daily. The system watches for you and only emails when there is new activity worth pursuing.

How This Saves You Money

No wasted mornings checking for storms that did not happen. No driving to areas with no new activity. You only act when there is something to act on.

How This Makes You Money

First to know means first to knock. When a storm hits overnight, you get the alert at 7 AM and can be on doors before competitors even realize there was weather. Speed wins jobs.

Customizable Alerts

Choose which states to monitor based on your service area. Select specific storm types like hail, wind, or tornado. Only get notified about the events that matter to your business.

How the Tools Work Together

TrueFixR is designed as a system, not four separate tools.

Email Alerts

Tells you when to move. Notifies you of new storm activity so you can respond immediately instead of constantly checking for updates.

HitMap

Tells you where to go. Identifies homes with documented storm exposure so you stop wasting time in untouched neighborhoods.

Storm Report

Tells you what happened there. Provides documented proof of storm activity to build homeowner confidence and support insurance conversations.

Roof Report

Helps you price the job correctly. Gives you measurements before you arrive so you can present professional estimates faster.

The Result

Better leads. Better conversations. Better close rates. You are not paying for reports. You are paying for time saved, better targeting, and higher revenue per day.
